1. 380/220 Volt, 10A

Three Phase Fixed AC Power source at terminals 1, 2, 3 of phases and Neutral. Voltage between terminal 1 and 2 are 380 Volts, terminal 2 and 3 are 380 Volts, and terminal 1 and 3 are 380 Volts. The voltage between any phase and Neutral are 220 Volts

2. 0-380/220 volt 3A

AC Variable Voltages. The Voltage between terminal 4 and 5 are 380 Volts, terminal 5 and 6 are 380 Volts, and terminal 4 and 6 are 380 Volts. The voltage between any phase and Neutral are 220 Volts. These voltages vary from zero volt to 380 volts and 220 volts respectively

3. Single Phase Transformer

Single phase transformer has multi windings. It is used for performing of practical related to step up and step down voltages, turns ratios and current ratios. Transformer regulations, efficiency and saturation of transformer are also carried out on this module.

4. When 220 volts are applied on terminals 1 and 2 the voltages on the rest of windings are as follows:-

  • Three Phase Transformer When 380 volts are applied on terminals 1 and 2, 6 and 7, 11 and 12 the voltages on the rest of windings terminals are as follows:-
    • Terminals 3 and 5 are 380 Volts
    • Terminals 4 and 5 are 220 Volts
    • Terminals 8 and 10 are 380 Volts
    • Terminals 9 and 10 are 380 Volts
    • Terminals 8 and 4 are 51 Volts
    • Terminals 13 and 15 are 380 Volts
    • Terminals 14 and 15 are 220 Volts
    • Three phase Transformer primary and secondary windings can be set up in different configurations WYe-WYe, Wye- Delta, Delta- Wye and Delta- Delta.
  • Resistive Load Module There are three groups of resistors 1100 ohms, 2200 ohms and 4400 ohms with allowable tolerance. These are used as parallel and series loads
  • Capacitor Load Module There are three groups of capacitors .73 ufd, 1.45 ufd and 2.89 ufd with allowable tolerance. These are used as parallel and series loads.
  • Inductor Load Module There are three groups of inductors 14H, 7H and 3.5H with allowable tolerance. These are used as parallel and series loads.
  • Data Display Module This module converts analogue data into digital form for presentation on the metering windows. It has capability of measuring voltages, current torque and rpm. It is to be noted that current is to be measured in series not in parallel
  • Synchronization Module For parallel running of two or more than two generators lamp method is used for parallel operation of generator

5. AC & DC Motors

AC 220 volt and DC 220 volt and three Phase ac input source 220 to 500 watts

6. AC & DC Generators 220AC & DC, Three phase ac out put 150 to 500 watts
